CONTENT/ART PRODUCTION

 

Ability to produce a wide range of projects:  video, print, illustration, retouching, design, animation, publishing, & social media projects. Suggest appropriate talent for creative execution for targeted product branding including artists, models, illustrators, directors, CGI vendors, & animators. Create shoot schedules.  Present budget options for deliverables. Coordinate all stages of the project including casting, location scouting, props, client approval, and creative execution. Negotiate all necessary fees with vendors, agents, & talent. Ensure adherence to current copyright, trademark, licensing and legal requirements.  Attend and produce on location when needed.  Liaison and streamline communication between creatives, clients & business managers.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

 

Bid projects. Write briefs. Kick-off job. Negotiate contracts. Hire & manage staff and freelancers as needed. Prioritize tasks to optimize time and manage workload. Estimate and manage budget and communication. Adhere to timeline. Wrap project including all specified and scoped deliverables and billing/invoices.  Create and archive job folders.

 

 

VISUAL RESEARCHER & EDITOR

 

Resource appropriate visuals:  photographs, ephemera, illustrations, video, graphics needed for ads, apps, books, print, video and films. Wide network and resources available for imagery including libraries, obscure archives, picture collections, and artists.

CONTRACT WRITING & REVIEW

 

Write, review, edit, suggest all legal paperwork needed for rights & permissions, licensing of imagery, model releases for print campaigns, books, collateral, web, digital, electronic media, apps and all emerging media
